We respect your privacy. Our website does not use cookies, nor do we track or store any personal information. We log anonymous data about users' browsers, operating systems, and countries of origin (based on IP address) solely for basic analytics purposes. This data is fully anonymised, ensuring no personal information is collected or processed.

Project work for clients

For projects where ALMO Consulting BV is a client, the responsibility for data controllership always resides with the client. In projects managed directly by ALMO Consulting BV, the data controller can be reached at info@almo-consulting.be.

In cases where processing of personal data is required for a project, data is processed strictly for project-related purposes and is not shared with third parties, unless explicitly stated. Where such data sharing is necessary, we will provide the reason for sharing, the identity of the third party, and their role (e.g., recipient, processor). Personal data will be stored only for the duration specified by the contract and/or legal requirements and will not be retained beyond the necessary period.

Use of Garmin Connect API

For specific projects using the Garmin Connect Training API, we process personal data, including first and last name, email address, and other identifiers provided by Garmin, solely for the purpose of pushing planned activities to the user's Garmin calendar. This aligns with the user's training plan or training suggestions. Data is processed only to facilitate this function and is not used for any other purpose.

You have certain rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, as well as the right to restrict or object to processing. Personal data processed as part of any project is retained only as long as required by the contract and/or legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. All personal data processed by ALMO Consulting BV is handled in accordance with strict security protocols to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
